About our Distributors:
Our product's manufacturer has Independently owned and operated Distributors all over the state, country and the world, in over 50 countries. They distribute one product. The product is an All-in-One Home Cleaning System made by The Kirby Company. Distributors are not The Kirby Company. The Kirby Company simply makes our product. The product sweeps, mops and buffs all hard surfaces in one swipe, it vacuums and shampoos rugs and carpet, it does deep mattress cleaning 9-14 inches, it does dustless sanding and spray painting, and it does car detailing and shampooing: all-in-one, easy to use, compact, home cleaning system! Our distributors all advertise by giving all the homeowners in every community a free cleaning for one room in their home, to see the product in action. There is absolutely no obligation to buy our product. We do this for word-of-mouth advertising, so that our potential customers will tell their neighbors and friends good things for us and keep us in mind down the road!
About the Customer Service Position:
You would be brought on to work with 3 Customers per day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to setup and display of our home cleaning system and show and tell of features and benefits of our home cleaning system via cleaning one room for the customer. Cleaning a room for the customer includes vacuuming and a quick dry foam shampooing that is as easy as vacuuming. You will work in Teams with other reps and a manager.
Company Orientation:
After completing your Orientation, if you and the company feel this is a good fit for you, you will be accepted! This is where we get to meet you in person and put you in a group setting with other new reps. In Orientation you will see our All-in-One Home Cleaning System in action! The second day you will sign on to our contract salary and will need to bring 2 forms of ID. The 2nd day is also Hands-on Product Education where you will be playing and practicing with the Home Cleaning System, to learn the feature and benefits and to know how to efficiently use everything.
After hands-on product education, new reps are put into their First Weekend Contest to earn prizes, awards and an early bonus, just for taking the Home Cleaning System home to practice before starting on the team. They will earn money to clean for friends and family, to build confidence! This also gives new reps a great idea if this will be a good position for them, before starting with a team!
After Your First Weekend:
You will be assigned to a team of 3-5 others, a Team Leader and a Company Vehicle. After a daily team meeting, the team goes to an assigned neighborhood where they will work with up to 3 customers each, per day! That is 15 customers per week! Reps also have the choice to work on their own in their own vehicle and work their own custom schedule.
Team Schedule:
Daily Team Meetings: Education, Motivation and Recognition starts at 3:00 pm
Tuesday through Saturday, 3 pm to 9 pm
The team also works every other Monday.
Flexible Schedule:
After completing Company Orientation and Hand-on Product Education you can make your own schedule!
We are very flexible with all walks of life. However, our ideal candidate will work 5 days a week so we can ensure they're very successful here!
We definitely offer opportunities to earn more than most of the job market while working way less than most of the job market.
Pay:
Reps are paid up to $950.00 per week on a contract for being willing to work with 3 customers per day, 15 per week.
0 sales are required for the contract. Pay day is weekly on Monday.
Bonuses:
Our management team sales our product to 1 out of 3 customers. If you are the rep that cleaned a room for the customer, you will earn a bonus! The average bonus is around $350+ each sale! If a Customer Service Reps earns over $950 in bonuses for the week, such as $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000, they will be paid that instead of the contract! If reps don't work enough days to work with 15 customers in a week, they still earn whatever bonuses come from the customers / appointments that do buy.
Company Paid Vacations
Any time Customer Service reps work with enough customer to result in 15 sales per month, they will earn a Company Paid Vacation for 2, to various destinations around the country, Mexico and Hawaii!
Management:
There is no seniority. All Customer Service Reps are trained to be managers, if they decided that they would like to move up in the Company. Management positions are available within 30-90 days.

Team Leading & Field Manager
Once you have 1 month of 15 sales as a Customer Service Rep, we will promote you if it is a position you're interested in. But basically, you only need to learn 2 skills to be able teach others. 1st, how to successfully give away a free cleaning and schedule an appointment with a customer to see our product. 2nd, how to successfully clean a room for a customer to see the product without feeling any sales pressure or obligation to buy so that they will have a positive enough experience to tell their friends and family positive things about us. Or do a good enough job showing the product and caring about the customer that it results in a sale.
Orientation & Product Education Manager
Once you have 1 month of 15 sales as a Customer Service Rep, we will promote you if it is a position you're interested in. But basically, you only need to learn 2 skills to be able teach others. 1st, how to successfully give away a free cleaning and schedule an appointment with a customer to see our product. 2nd, how to successfully clean a room for a customer to see the product without feeling any sales pressure or obligation to buy so that they will have a positive enough experience to tell their friends and family positive things about us. Or do a good enough job showing the product and caring about the customer that it results in a sale.
Distributor in Training and Branch Manager / Owner
Once you have 5 months of 15 sales as a Customer Service Rep, we will promote you if it is a position you're interested in. We will help you pick out an office lease, setup all business licenses and insurance and business accounts. We will help you be successful in payroll and accounting and recruit you an administration. We will also help you recruit, retain and develop all positions of a team, master customer service/ resolution, and ultimately be successful in all the areas of the business.
But basically, you only need to learn 2 skills to be able teach others. 1st, how to successfully give away a free cleaning and schedule an appointment with a customer to see our product. 2nd, how to successfully clean a room for a customer to see the product without feeling any sales pressure or obligation to buy so that they will have a positive enough experience to tell their friends and family positive things about us. Or do a good enough job showing the product and caring about the customer that it results in a sale.
Authorized Factory Distributor / Branch Owner
Once you have 300 sales, in any given amount of time as a Branch Manager / Distributor in Training, we will promote you if it is a position you're interested in. By this point you will highly understand and be successful at all maintaining and sustaining all departments.
But basically, you only need to learn 2 skills to be able teach others. 1st, how to successfully give away a free cleaning and schedule an appointment with a customer to see our product. 2nd, how to successfully clean a room for a customer to see the product without feeling any sales pressure or obligation to buy so that they will have a positive enough experience to tell their friends and family positive things about us. Or do a good enough job showing the product and caring about the customer that it results in a sale.
